Midwest Embroidery was founded in 2014, and has evolved into a full-service contract embroidery and screenprint company.

We do embroidery and screenprint on apparel and accessories. Not just shirts and jackets, but hats, bags, and difficult-to-embroider materials, Direct-to-Film Transfers, and Sublimation. Some embroidery examples include Carhart, Dri-Duck, reflective, and flame retardant.

We have developed a proprietary embroidery method that significantly reduces or completely eliminates fabric puckering, especially on higher end goods.

Our Embroidery Facility

Midwest Embroidery is located inside a 7500 sqft production facility. We currently have 47 heads and are growing every quarter. Our ability to grow so quickly has been determined not only our excellent service but also a willingness to do what others will not. Our Embroidery Thread

Midwest Embroidery has over 300 different thread colors to choose from. That also includes a few custom colors for some of our repeat brands. Our primary thread is Madeira Classic Rayon. We prefer this because Rayon thread is more durable and colorfast and last many more washings than polyester.  As a bonus, Rayon has a better sheen and looks better on garments. It is more expensive and a higher quality than polyester. This is why the majority of our competition does not use it. BUT, we know it is worth it. We also stock some Robinson-Anton and Isachord, but Madeira is the highest quality of embroidery thread.
